Fishermans Dream Package
does anyone own a cuda 350s/map sonar? Can you change the transducer mount ?
I have a sea eagle 9 fishermans dream package, and i was hoping to add a sonar unit with gps. I has to be a portable model, and I was hoping to mount the transducer to my trolling motor, instand of using the suction cup mount it comes with.
You should be able to get a mount that would allow you to attach the transducer to a hose clamp type of thing that you would then clamp to the lower unit of your trolling motor. Then all you would have to do is run the cable up the shaft of the TM and secure it every foot or so with cable ties.
