Computer Hangs everytime while installing gta-4 at the end.?

Sir/Mam/Friends
Please help me, i could not install GTA-4, at a start point while installing it goes smooth but at the end my PC Hangs, please give some ideas how install GTA-4.
Also i play easily Crysis-2 on this PC using same graphics Card on Low settings.

RAM-2GB
Direct Version-DirectX 9.OC
Graphics Card- NVIDIA Geforce G-210 DDR3 1 GB
DAC Type-Integrated RAMDAC
Current Display Mode: 1024 X 768 (32bit) (60HZ)
Monitor: Plug & Play Monitor
Sound Drivers: Realtek HD Audio OutPut
Microsoft Windows-XP, Service Pack-3.
17.5 inch colour monitor & 600 VA intex UPS.

It could be on of the following reasons:
=>Some games do not support certain graphic cards even if its a high-end card.
=>Not enough harddisk space for installation. Some game/software installations require you to have double the space free till the installation completes, so it can extract temporary setup files. make sure you have enough free space on the partition where you are installing the game.
=>Not enough memory allocation for the installation procedure. Try installing the game without using any other program in the background. For example, dont play songs during setup.
